What is Namdhari?

Namdhari is India’s only ecommerce which growsfresh producein our ownfarms with Global GAP certified protocols & export certifiedpack house located at Bidadi. With the strongbackground of the quality produce, we bring the same at your door steps with complete cold chain operations. You can order your daily needs like fruits & vegetables, grocery, household needs & personal care products through our mobile app & on our website.

What kind of products do you sell?

You can choose from over various categories such as grocery, bakery, fruits & vegetables, beverages, personal care products, baby care products. We have one list of healthy products which has been further classified as Low Sugar, High Proteins, High Fiberetc under “STAYHEALTY”which makes you simple to choose healthy items& much more.

What cities and locations do you operate in?

Currently, we are operating in Bangalore with specific pin codeserving Sarjapur Road, Bellandur, BTM Layout, HSR Layout, Marathahalli, Dommasandra, Bommasandra, Kormangala, Mahadevapur, and OldAir Port Road and nearby pin codes. We will be across Bangalore very soon

Do you deliver to my location?

We deliver in select localities across the cities we are present in. You can edit your location settings to check if we deliver in your area

What is the minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value. However, each store has a minimum order value to qualify for free delivery. In case you do not reach the limit, a delivery charge will be levied against that order.

Normal Delivery for bill value less than Rs.999 we charge Rs.30 per order and free delivery if the bill value cross Rs. 999 after all discounts apply.

Express Delivery will be charges at Rs. 30 for every order irrespective of Bill Value.

Do you charge any amount or taxes over and above the rates shown?

No, we do not charge anything over and above the rates shown. However, we do have a delivery fee in case the order value per store does not reach the minimum order value for free delivery.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can track the status of your order through our Customer Care and also you will be receiving the updates to SMS on the status of the order.

How can I make changes to my order before and after confirmation?

You can edit your products in the cart before checkout. If you’ve already placed your order, you can cancel and reorder with the required list from the app and this will be soon released on web as well.

How can I make payments at https://www.namdharifresh.com/?

Namdharifresh.com accepts multiple modes of payment. You can make online payments using credit cards,debit cards, net banking, PayTMWallet. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available for orders less than Rs. 3000.

When will I get my cash back?

Cancellation & Returns

How can I cancel my order?

Namdhari’sprovides easy and hassle free cancellationwith transparency. You can cancel your order via the app or web before it is dispatched to your home.

What If I want to return something?

f you’re dissatisfied with the products delivered, please register a complaint to our customer care No 18604207089or mail us on [email protected] with in 48 hours for non-perishable items and 24 hours for perishable items. Our customer support team will get in touch with you to resolve this issue. Youcan also return the products which you are dissatisfied with, at the time of delivery and we will get the refund initiated for you.

Can I reschedule my order?

Yes, you can dothis by calling our customer care No 18604207089. You can also reschedule your order as per your convenience basis the slots available, provided the order is not already en route.

How can I be sure the fruits and vegetables I order are of good quality?

Our fruits and vegetables mostly are grown by us in our farms and we follow Global GAP certified process to meet the export quality produce. We pack under approved pack house at Bidadi.Do let us know within 24 Hoursfor any quires,if you’re not happy with the quality of product receivedplease reach our customer care.

How will I know if any item in my order is unavailable?

You will receive an SMS notification informing you about the unavailable items in this situation. Refund (if any) will also be initiated within 24 hours

Is it safe to use my debit/credit card to shop on Namdharifresh.com?

Yes, itis. All transactions on Namdharifresh.com are completed via secure payment gateways which are SSIcompliant. We do not store your card details at any given time.

I’m trying to place an order today but it is getting scheduled for the next day. What can I do?

Depending on slot timings and slotcapacities, your order may be scheduled for a different day. However, you can choose express delivery forsame day delivery if you place an order after 12Noon.IF YOU REQUIRE SAME DAY DELIVERY YOU NEED TO PLACE ORDER BEFORE 12 NOON.

Can I schedule an order to my convenience?

Sure. At the checkout page, you can select a delivery slot of your choice.

Do you charge for delivery?

What are your delivery times?

Delivery Timings are defined as per theSlots, please find the below

S1 –6:30 AM to 9:30 AM
S2 –10:00 AM to 12:30 PM
S3 –4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
S4 –7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Yes, you can change the address before you complete the order.

What if I don’t receive my order by the scheduled time?

On rare occasions, due to unforeseen circumstances, your order might be delayed. In case of imminent delay, our customer support executive will keep you updated about the delivery time of your order
